The Founder & Chairman of Marshal Group of Companies is Mr. H. N. Mishra. Under his stewardship along with ex-defence personnel's the company is well established extending their not only in different regions of Maharashtra but all over India like Hyderabad, Gujarat, Haryana, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Chhatisgarh, Bangalore and other parts of country. We have an all India presence.

Capt. S. Kannan (Retd.)

Executive Director & Chief Advisor

An alumnus of the Officer's Training academy (OTA), Chennai, he was commissioned into 5 MAHAR (Borders) regiment in 1978, and served in the army till 1987. During his tenure in the army, he served mostly in the operational areas, and his major stint was in Counter Insurgency operations in Mizoram and Tripura. He is distinguished as a Recipient of Commendation by the Chief of Army Staff.

Apart from other qualifications, he holds a Masters in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management, and a specialization in Fire Protection from National Fire Service College, Nagpur.

Post his time with the army he joined the security department of Central Bank of India. Having risen through the ranks, he heads the department for over 10 years as Chief Security Officer and retired as DGM-CSO in 2016. Over the course of 29 years with the bank, he was responsible for all matters security and fire, across the country. His areas of expertise include fire and security risk mitigation/audit, disaster management, facility management, records management, fleet management, event management, tendering processes, insurance-related matters, overall general administration and outsourcing of specific security and admin related tasks. He was also a member of the security committees IBPS, IISSM and IBA, a member of the IBPS selection committee, and a member of the BIS Committee.

He is currently associated with the Godrej group as Chief Advisor for Godrej Security Solutions. He is involved in product development related to banking security on PSP and PSS.

He is a key member of the selection panel that recruits security officers for various nationalized banks, a regular speaker at forums like IBEK, SECUTEK, etc. and a contributor to some of the most prominent publications in the security and fire safety domain.
